1. Orders & Quotations

All quotes and estimates provided by P Graphics N Sign are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to material costs, supplier pricing, or project modifications.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins. Final payment must be received before delivery, installation, or pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork and reviewing all files before submission. P Graphics N Sign is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files, including:

• Spelling mistakes
• Grammar errors
• Incorrect dimensions
• Low-resolution images
• Missing fonts
• Color inconsistencies

Approval of artwork confirms acceptance of the design for production.

4. Proof Approval

When proofs are provided, production will not begin until written approval is received. Once approved, any additional changes may result in extra charges and production delays.

5. Color Variations

Due to differences in monitors, printers, materials, inks, and production processes, slight color variations between digital proofs and final printed products may occur. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, equipment issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellations

Orders canceled after production has started may be subject to charges for work completed, materials purchased, design services, and administrative costs.
Custom-produced items, printed materials, and fabricated signage may not be canceled once production has begun.

8. Returns & Reprints

Because most products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted.
If an order contains a manufacturing defect or production error caused by P Graphics N Sign, we may repair, replace, or reprint the product at our discretion. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

9. Installation Services

For signage and graphic installations, customers must ensure safe and legal installation conditions. P Graphics N Sign is not responsible for structural issues, existing property damage, or permit requirements unless specifically contracted to handle such matters.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. P Graphics N Sign is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other third-party services.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or customer pickup.

11. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use all logos, trademarks, images, artwork, and content submitted for production.
P Graphics N Sign is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.

12. Limitation of Liability

P Graphics N Sign's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service involved in a claim.
Under no circumstances shall P Graphics N Sign be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

13. Marketing Samples

Unless otherwise requested in writing, P Graphics N Sign reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use them for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

14. Unclaimed Orders

Completed orders not collected within 30 days may be discarded, recycled, or disposed of due to storage limitations.

15. Changes to Terms

P Graphics N Sign reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
